A CHRISTMAS RECIPE FOR B CLASS

INGREDIENTS 

250 gr butter 

130 gr brown sugar

5 gr vanilla extract

1 egg (the white part only)

300 gr of all-purpose flour 

7 gr baking powder

100 gr chocolate chips

HOW TO MAKE THE COOKIES

Let the butter sit at room temperature until it becomes soft enough. Then beat it adding the sugar,the vanilla and the eggwhite.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the well beaten mixture.

Finally add the chocolate chips and mix well.

Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into cookies.

Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper

Preheat the oven (160 degrees C).  

Bake for 12-15 minutes

(When you take them out of the oven they seem not to have been ready. Leave them to cool down and you' ll see they are fine. )
