Course : JONATHAN LIVINGSTONE THE SEAGULL AND FRIENDS

Based on chapter 4 Learning to Fly (ΑΓΓΛΙΚΑ Β ΛΥΚΕΙΟΥ ΙΕΠ), students are assigned to educate themselves on other species of birds around the world. 

Students choose a bird species and create a powerpoint or media file or a simple word document that includes facts about a particular bird species, myths and legends associated with it, trivia and funny facts and of course pictures. 

The aim of this course is for students to become involved in local and around the world avifauna. The incentive behind this project is that city teens are not familiar with noticing urban wildlife so avifauna is a good start. The option they have is that they can extend their choice with reference to foreign bird species. In addition, students learn relevant glossary and have fun exploring and discovering fun facts and trivia.
