Assignments:

• Go to page 81 and answer the questions in Ex.1 before reading the text.
• Read the text and complete Ex. 2 page 81.
• Continue reading the adapted summary on pages 82-83, then watch the Movie Clip.
• Next, do the Glossary Matching and the exercise that follows.
• Take a break by visiting Fashionista webpage to read about Bridgerton Costumes and the Regency Era.
• Watch a video on Jane Austen and her novels and complete the task provided in a Document.
• Read the Docs on Irony used in the novel and Society of the time and watch the Videos by The British Library.
• Finally, do the tasks on the TWO videos with Prof. Sutherland from Oxford University.

In Module 7 we will "meet" Jane Austen and her great literary work, Pride and Prejudice. We will explore Jane Austen's life, follow her footsteps in Bath and Southampton, learn about the era, visit webpages and watch videos.
