Course : ΓΕΝΙΚΑ ΑΓΓΛΙΚΑ - Α ΤΑΞΗ

Material 

• 1kg fresh strawberries
• tequila yellow (400 ml)
• homemade lemonade (300 ml)
• liquors covereau (160 ml)
• 2 lime 
• sugar ( white or borwn )

Implementation 

Place the ice blender until the waist and added strawberries , tequila , liquer and homemade lemonade . Hit them at low speed until homogenize . Try it so according to acidity added lime ( or not , it is not necessary ) . Then we add the sugar into a shallow saucer . Cut a slice of lime and passed around the lips of a glass . With soft movements , dive the glass to sugar until the whole rim is covered . Serve the cocktail with mint brochures in the middle for color and a strawberry .
