Ingredients
200g spaghetti
25g butter
1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
50g parmesan cheese
Instructions
Step 1 Cook the pasta for 8 minutes in salted,boiling water.
Step 2 Then,melt the butter in a frying pan over a low heat and after that add the black pepper and toast it for a few minutes.
Step 3 Drain the pasta,keeping 100 ml of the pasta water.
Step 4 Pour the pasta water into the pan with the butter and pepper and mix all the ingredients well.Then add the pasta.
Step 5 Serve immediatly with the parmesan cheese...and you'll not regret it!
