Privacy Policy

The operation of the Electronic School Class (e-Class / eclass.sch.gr) is subject to the terms of the general Privacy Policy of the Panhellenic School Network (sch.gr), which can be found at the following link:

Personal Data Protection Policy of sch.gr

In particular, if users (students and teachers) log in to the service through their sch.gr account, the following personal data are stored in the system:

• Last name
• First name
• School (for students)
  School(s) or other unit(s) they serve (for teachers and other staff)
• User name
• E-mail address

Optionally, users may also voluntarily store their photo and telephone number, as well as other personal data that may be contained in files they post on the service while using it.

The personal information and data stored on the platform are not shared with any individual or entity outside the Panhellenic School Network. The administrators of the service implement appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures necessary to protect against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction of personal information. They have also signed confidentiality agreements whereby they are bound to safeguard and protect the security, confidentiality and privacy of personal data which come to their knowledge in the course of their duties.
